Shipping Info

All our shipping is handled by UPS. As such, we can only deliver to physical addresses, no PO boxes.

The turnaround time on your order depends on three things:

Is anyone home? Because Lucy, Tom, and Dianna travel all over the country to meet you, any weekend with more than one show leaves no one home to ship your order. Lucy will jump on it right when she gets home!

Do we have it in stock? If you order anything we have in stock it will likely be shipped the day we receive the order. Custom orders and orders for out of stock items will take longer to complete.

How busy is Lucy? We can fall behind sometimes and just ask for a little patience. Lucy never stops working.
