No Heat! No Heat! No Heat! Cold water wash and air dry. Hot water will damage the fur. Hot air will damage the fur. Color-safe detergent is okay in the wash. We use liquid Tide. Remember, absolutely no heat. Heat will damage your fur.

For large pillow toys, take them to a coin laundry and use the largest washing machine in there. If you are uncomfortable washing the larger toys yourself, then Lucy offers washing and re-stuffing for $25. She will take out all the stuffing of your toy, wash the fur, and re-stuff the toy with new stuffing.

For small spot cleaning we recommend baby wipes.
